This resort development master plan will provide up to 8,000 hotel keys with a variety of accommodations ranging from affordable, family friendly hotels to globally desired luxury resorts. The focal point of the resort will be the Grand Star Fish Hotel, which will feature an impressive salt water aquarium integrated within its base. Other hotels will include the Sea Kingdom Resort, a contemporary, sophisticated, sea art themed hotel, featuring sculptures from such world acclaimed Marine Artist’s Wyland; the Residentsea Resort & Spa, an exclusive, gated resort community featuring 45 private waterside bungalows, 120 garden tower units, and 16 swim-in/swim-out poolside bungalow units; the Seahorse Harbor Hotel is a Maldives style boutique hotel featuring private boat entry; Seashell Conference Resort; FantaSea Village Inn, an affordably focused limited serviced hotel; and the UnderSea Lodge, a refined B&B consisting of two and three bedroom family suites. Each hotel product is distinctively different providing its own identity and signature guest experience.
